Product Maintenance
Below our some cleaning tips from our own experiences with these products If you are concerned with maintenance that is not covered below please email us. We will then contact the company of the product you own to get the best advice on care and maintenance.

Seaside Furniture
We recommend applying a small amount of liquid car wax to all your seaside pieces. We have found, this allows dirt to build up on a layer of wax instead of in the natural grooves of the product. As for, regular cleaning, using soap and water works great on this product as well as pressure washing in more extreme cases. If you have purchased a white piece, that tends to show dirt easier, we recommend the Magic Eraser as a good cleaning tool for those stubborn marks!

Jarrah Wood
This furniture is fairly easy to maintain. For the best results in direct sun light, we recommend oiling 3-4 times a year. We only recommend using the Jarrah Oil - Do Not Use Teak Oil! To apply the oil, it is best to pour it into a bowl and use a clean paint brush and paint it on. If you use a rag, you will soak up the oil very fast. If you have gone a year with out oiling the furniture their is a possibility you will need to sand the wood down first before you oil it. Throughout the years, keep an eye on the furniture's joints, as they will loosen over time. You will want to continually retighten the bolts with an alan wrench as they loosen up. That will keep the product strong and tight, extending its life. But finally, if you like the old weathered beach look just chill and relax and the sun will take care of the rest!

Aluminum & Wicker
All frames are aluminum, so they will not rust but they can corrode if scratched. If you have scratched an area we recommend touch up paint to prevent corroding. You can purchase touch up paint through our store to match your frame. To clean, spray slowly with a water hose and scrub if needed with basic soap and water. If your aluminum frame is looking dull after cleaning it, rubbing baby oil on it should shine it right up!

Umbrellas:
See Acrylic fabric (only Galtech Brand) for Umbrella Cover Cleaning. We recommend leaving your umbrella down and tying the ties on extra windy days and of course during storms. When left cranked up and open, it is very possible for the wind to pick up your umbrella out of your table, causing your umbrella to break. If this happens to you and you break the ribs on the umbrella contact us for repair services.

Fabric:
A lot of fabrics can with stand a mild cleaning solution with bleach in it. We only recommend that is severe cases, for the more bleach you use the shorter the life of your cushion will be. The best advice is to cover your cushions or bring them inside during pollen and rainy seasons. Cushions with zippers that can be removed from their core can be washed in the washing machine but will need to be dried back on the core. Air Dry Only.

Vinyl Coated Polyesters:
(Open Weave, Jacquard, and Shade)

Clean with 3 parts water, 1 part bleach, and 1 capful of mild soap or detergent.

Vinyls:
Clean with a soap and water solution. For stubborn stains, a mild bleach solution can be used.

Olefin - Not An Abraham George Recommended Material
Clean with a solution of warm water and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, diluted bleach can be used without affecting the fabric color. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.

Printed Polyesters - Not An Abraham George Recommended Material
Constructed of 100% polyester yarns, these fabrics are easily cleaned with a mild detergent and water. Do not subject fabric to water temperature in excess of 100 degrees Farenheit. DO NOT USE BLEACH or harsh cleaners. These fabrics are not warranted against fading.

Acrylics - Abraham George Most Recommended Material
Solution dyed acrylic features a soil and stain resistant finish that can be cleaned with a soapy solution of natural soap in lukewarm water. Solution dyed acrylic does not promote mildew growth. However, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are allowed to stand on fabric. For mildew stains, prepare a mild solution of 1 cup bleach, plus two capfuls of a natural soap per gallon of water. Sponge thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
